Product Usage:
Food nutrition fortifier and antioxidant. When heated at high temperature, magnesium L-ascorbate phosphate is more stable than ascorbic acid, starting from the nutritional fortification of high temperature processed food.Food nutritional enhancers and as antioxidants. When heated at high temperatures, magnesium L-ascorbic acid phosphate is more stable than ascorbic acid, making it suitable for nutritional fortification of high-temperature processed foods. According to Chinese regulations, it can be used in foods containing fats, edible fats, hydrogenated vegetable oil, and instant noodles, with a maximum usage of 2g/kg. In infant formula, the maximum usage is 01g/kg (calculated based on ascorbic acid in fats).
